Suzanne Fine Regional Cuisine, in Ovid NY, site of Empire State Bed and Breakfast Association Annual Meeting
ESBBA membership met today for their annual meeting at Suzanne Fine Regional Cuisine in Ovid, New York. Before the meeting, we enjoyed an elegant formal tea, with various teas, scones, delicious tea sandwiches, and small pastries, all elegantly served. After our tea, Suzanne demonstrated the preparation of one of her delicious mini cakes, and shared the recipe, which had been in her family since her childhood. I was reminded once again, just why Frommers has named this restaurant one of the ten best in New York State.
