Seneca Lake Innkeepers Find Gem in Savannah Georgia

As you can imagine, the innkeepers at a busy bed and breakfast find little time for traveling. While Bob and I,  the  innkeepers at Sunrise Landing Bed and Breakfast , are no exception, we do try to make the most of our time in the winter when we are closed. This year in March, after attending the Mid Atlantic Innkeeper’s  conference  in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, we drove south to North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. We spent much of our time with family and friends and in Savannah, Georgia we found a Bed and Breakfast where we were made to feel like family. Azalea Inn and Gardens, is a gracious, southern style Bed and Breakfast located in the historic district right near Forsyth Park. Every detail at this charming bed and breakfast shows shows how much the owners and staff care about their guests. When we left, we only wished we could have stayed longer. The best part for you is that they shared some of their scrumptious recipes with us and we will be preparing a southern style breakfast soon – Shrimp and Grits anyone?
