Grandma Edna’s Fudge Brownies

A Schiesser Family recipe and the moistest brownies ever!

Sift:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Melt:
1/2 cup butter
2 unsweetened chocolate squares

Add 2 beaten eggs to the butter mixture, and then fold in dry ingredients, and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup nuts (optional). Pour into greased 8″ square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
